Stayce Wagner is the founder of Spencer Crane Etiquette, a boutique consultancy specializing in modern business etiquette and professional presence for early‑career professionals. She helps early‑career talent master the everyday skills that quietly signal readiness in client‑facing workplaces and academic settings.

Stayce pairs business etiquette with authenticity, offering a modern, judgment‑free approach that feels practical, not stuffy. Her sessions are welcoming and culturally aware, designed so early‑career professionals from all walks of life can build confidence without feeling judged. This approach is shaped by her upbringing in a community rich with diverse cultures, faith traditions, and perspectives.

Before founding Spencer Crane Etiquette in 2011, Stayce spent nearly two decades as a senior litigation paralegal in high‑stakes intellectual property law. In this role, she supported trial and pretrial preparation and served as a trusted liaison among attorneys, clients, and support teams.
Stayce is the author of a modern business etiquette guidebook used as selected reading at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Collat School of Business and has supported early‑career professionals at organizations such as Wounded Warrior Project, Mercer University, Panasonic, and Warner Bros. Discovery (Turner), among others. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and is trained and licensed by The Protocol School of Washington.
